Designed as a natural extension of The Henson, Eloise offers an expansive indoor space and sweeping courtyard for couples looking to celebrate surrounded by mountains and light.

With separate cocktail and reception rooms, and thoughtful architectural details throughout, Eloise was created to honor the landscape and make weddings feel both effortless and unforgettable.

At the heart of every event is a food and beverage program rooted in the seasonality of the Catskills and led by celebrated chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabián von Hauske Valtierra of Bar Contra, Wildair, and Restaurant Matilda.
